Camping World Truck Series

Bowman drove a race for JR Motorsports in Michigan in 2015, finishing 11th. In 2017, he replaced Justin Haley at GMS Racing for a race at Atlanta Motor Speedway , as he was too young at the time and only reached the minimum age for the next race at Martinsville Speedway . Bowman reached sixth place in Atlanta.

Sprint Cup Series

However, he was pushed from behind by Kyle Busch and collided with Kenseth, which spun. In the end, Bowman ended up in sixth place.
