Alex Gasperoni (born June 30, 1984 ) is a San Marino soccer player who is under contract with the SS Murata .

Career

Club career

The midfielder began his active career in 2002 at San Marino Calcio , the only professional club in his home country. In the same year he was on loan for the Italian fifth division club ASD Mezzolara . The following year, Gasperoni closed Castel San Pietro Terme Calcio on, with whom he in the Series D was active. Gasperoni then returned to his homeland. He rejoined San Marino Calcio. With the club represented in the Italian league system, he took part in the game operation of the fourth highest league level, the then Serie C2 . After a year at San Marino Calcio, he moved to US Tolentino , with whom he was active in the fifth highest Italian division. After the 2005/06 season he left the club and signed a contract with SS Murata , with which he took part in the game operation of the national San-Marinese championship, the Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio , for the first time in his career . In 2008 he won the national triple consisting of championship, cup and supercup with Murata . In the following year he won the Supercup again with the team.

In the 2007/08 and 2008/09 seasons he participated with the club in qualifying for the UEFA Champions League . Gasperoni retired with the team in the first qualifying round from the competition. Murata lost two games each against Tampere United and IFK Göteborg .

National team

Gasperoni completed a total of 15 international matches for the San Marino national soccer team between 2003 and 2007 , in which he could not score a goal.
