Alexandar Lasarow ( Bulgarian Александър Лазаров , English transcription Aleksandar Lazarov ; born November 3, 1990 ) is a Bulgarian biathlete .

Alexandar Lasarow made his international debut as part of the Summer Biathlon European Championships 2008 in Bansko , where he was 26th of the sprint with four shooters and 27th of the mass start race with 14 errors. Other international assignments followed from the 2008-09 season in the IBU Cup . There he contested his first race in an individual in Obertilliach and reached 106th place. At the next but one station of the racing series in Nové Město na Moravě , he placed 71st in a sprint in the top 100 for the first time. Shortly afterwards, he won first points in Osrblie as 39th sprint. In Bansko, Lasarow achieved his best results in the IBU Cup with two tenth places in the sprint and pursuit. The major event of the season was the 2009 European Biathlon Championships in Ufa , where Lasarow finished 32nd in the individual race, 41st in the sprint, 38th in the pursuit and sixth in the relay. The following year, the Bulgarian started at the 2010 Biathlon Junior World Championships in Torsby and was there 68th in the individual, 67th in the sprint and 13th in the relay. In 2011 , the Junior World Championships followed in Nové Město, where Lasarow came in 85th place in the individual, 76th in the sprint and 15th in the relay race.
