In December 2013, Pouye made his debut in the Alpine Cup in St. Ulrich am Pillersee , where he achieved 24th place in the sprint and 10 km freestyle and 23rd place in the 15 km classic mass start race. A week later he placed in Gressoney-Saint-Jean with 12th place over 15 km classic and 19th in the subsequent pursuit twice in the top twenty. Pouye achieved his first top 10 placement in the Alpencup on January 9, 2015 with seventh place in the sprint in Oberwiesenthal ; two days later he was fourth in the 15 km classic at the same place. In December 2015, Pouye again achieved fourth place in the classic 15 km class in Prémanon and made his debut in the World Cup a week later in Toblach over the same distance , which he finished 49th.
