Saint-Hilaire-les-Places , Occitan Sent Alari las Placas is a French commune in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine , in Haute-Vienne , in district Limoges and in the canton of Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche . It is bordered by Nexon to the north and east, La Meyze to the southeast, Ladignac-le-Long to the southwest, Bussière-Galant to the west and Rilhac-Lastours to the northwest . The municipality is located in the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park . To the west of the municipality is a train station on the railway line from Nexon to Thiviers . Saint-Hilaire-les-Places is one of the cities that has been awarded four flowers and the Ville fleurie label by the Conseil national des villes et villages fleuris (National Council of Flowered Cities and Villages) .
