Geography and infrastructure

The municipal area is crossed by the eponymous river Breuilh . The neighboring municipalities are Saint-Jean-Ligoure and Pierre-Buffière in the north-west, Saint-Hilaire-Bonneval in the north, Saint-Genest-sur-Roselle in the north-east, Glanges in the east, Saint-Germain-les-Belles and Magnac-Bourg in the south-east , Château-Chervix in the southwest and Saint-Priest-Ligoure in the west.

The station Magnac-Vicq is the joint station with Magnac-Bourg .
