Alfred Hager
Alfred J. Hager (born June 30, 1958 in Linz , † November 24, 1995 in Lima , Peru) was an Austrian painter and sculptor.
Life
Alfred Hager attended the HTL Linz with Professor Alfred Würl (1925–2005) and was a guest student with Peter Kubovsky at the Art Academy Linz . From 1981 he lived in Vienna and was a guest student of Professor Carl Unger at the University of Applied Arts Vienna . He created woodcuts, monotypes, drawings and paintings and was also active as a stone sculptor from 1984.

- 1986 Serpentine sculpture in the Piarist Park in Krems
- 1998 installed sculpture in the botanical garden in Linz
- Four sculptures in the University Park of the University of Linz
- Abstract stone sculpture in the courtyard of the HTL Bau und Design Linz
