Alfred Herbig

Alfred Herbig (born November 4, 1896 in Reichenberg , Bohemia ; † February 9, 1960 in Plößberg , Upper Palatinate ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

Alfred Herbig worked as an employed businessman and lived in Zell am Neckar during his political activities . In the state elections in Württemberg-Baden in 1950 he won a mandate for the 2nd electoral term (1950–1952) of the state parliament of Württemberg-Baden , to which he belonged until its dissolution on May 17, 1952. In the election to the constituent state assembly in Baden-Wuerttemberg in 1952 , he was over the national list as a member of the Constituent National Conference for Baden-Wuerttemberg elected, which on March 25, 1952 constituted and as a task the drafting of a national constitution for the newly established state of Baden-Wuerttemberg had . After the constitution came into force on November 19, 1953, he automatically became a member of the first electoral term (1953–1956) of the Baden-Württemberg State Parliament (MdL).
