The 1st league 2018/19 was the 71st season of the second highest Polish men's soccer division. A total of eighteen clubs will take part in the 2018/19 season. It started on July 20, 2018 and ended on May 19, 2019.

Relegated from the Ekstraklasa were Bruk-Bet Termalica Nieciecza and Sandecja Nowy Sącz . Promoted from the third Polish division were GKS 1962 Jastrzębie , ŁKS Łódź , Warta Poznań and Garbarnia Kraków .

The rise in the Ekstraklasa succeeded Raków Częstochowa and the promoted ŁKS Łódź . Bytovia Bytów , GKS Katowice and Garbarnia Kraków had to relegate to the third division .
