The 2nd league 1999/2000 was the 52nd season of the second highest Polish football division of men. It started in July 1999 and ended in June 2000.

mode

The second division was carried out on a single track again from this season. Participants were the clubs from the two groups from last season, which finished second to tenth. There were also two relegated teams from the 1st division and four promoted teams from the 3rd division .

The 24 teams played against each other twice on 46 match days. The master and runner-up rose to the first division , while the last eight teams were relegated to the third division.
