The 2nd league 1993/94 was the 46th season of the second highest Polish football division of men. It started in July 1993 and ended in June 1994.

The 36 teams were divided into two groups of 18 teams each. These played against each other twice in a round trip. The first and second of both groups rose to the first division . The last four teams were relegated to the 3rd division .
