The 2nd league 1975/76 was the 28th season of the second highest Polish football division of men. It started in August 1975 and ended in June 1976.

mode

The 32 teams were divided into two groups of 16 teams each. These played against each other twice on a total of 30 match days, divided into a round trip. The two group winners rose to the first division , while the last three teams were relegated to the third division .
