The 2nd league 2007/08 was the 60th season of the second highest Polish men's soccer division. It started on July 28, 2007 and ended on May 24, 2008.

18 teams played against each other twice over a total of 34 match days, divided into a round trip. From the 3rd league were promoted: GKS Katowice , Motor Lublin , Warta Poznań , GKS 1962 Jastrzębie , Tur Turek and Znicz Pruszków . As relegated from the Ekstraklasa Arka Gdynia and Wisła Płock were added.

Polonia Warsaw merged with Dyskobolia Grodzisk Wielkopolski and took over its place in the Ekstraklasa. The first four clubs rose to the Ekstraklasa , while the two bottom of the table were relegated to the 2nd division .
