The 2nd league in 1994/95 was the 47th season of the second highest Polish men's soccer division. It started in July 1994 and ended in June 1995.

mode

The 36 teams were divided into two groups of 18 teams each. These played against each other twice in a round trip. The first and second of both groups rose to the first division .

By default, four teams should be relegated to the 3rd division . In the western group, the last three teams were relegated. The fourth from last, Lechia Gdańsk , merged with Olimpia Posen to form Olimpia / Lechia Gdańsk. In the eastern group, the last three teams were also relegated. The third placed (KP Piaseczno) withdrew after the end of the season. Whose league place was replaced by the winner of the relegation, between the 15th of the second division and the second of the third division group Warsaw.
