Alfred Wedge
Alfred Keil (born August 20, 1904 in Berlin ; † March 18, 1967 ) was a German politician ( SPD ).
Alfred Keil attended elementary school and trained as a typesetter . He joined the Association of German Book Printers in 1923 and the SPD in 1927.
After the Second World War , Keil was elected to the district assembly in the Wedding district in the first Berlin election in 1946 . From 1947 he was party secretary. After 15 years as a district councilor, Keil moved to the Berlin House of Representatives in January 1962 because Hermann Schäfer had died. In November 1963 he moved up again, since Willy Bartsch was now a member of the Bundestag. In the following election in 1967 , Keil was re-elected, but died six days after the election.
