Alfred Dionysius Möllers (born May 12, 1883 in Essen , † June 10, 1969 in Berlin ) was a German lawyer , manager and politician ( DNVP ).

Life and work

Alfred Möllers was born in Essen on May 12, 1883. After graduating from secondary school in Essen, he completed a commercial apprenticeship at the Oppenheim bank and at another company in Cologne from 1901 to 1904 . He then took up law studies at the universities in Bonn and Berlin , which he finished in 1907 with the first state examination in law. In the following years he worked in various companies in the wholesale, banking and industrial sectors. From 1911 to 1914 he worked as director of the Chemischen Fabrik Weyl AG in Mannheim . From 1914 to 1918 he took part in the First World War as a soldier .

Möllers was an authorized signatory and director from 1919, a member of the board from 1924 to 1931 and head of the committee for job creation in road construction at Rütgerswerke AG in Castrop-Rauxel from 1931 to 1932 . In addition, he acted from 1924 to 1934 as chairman of the Federation for National Economy and Works Association (BNW). From 1932 he was commercial director in Berlin-Lichterfelde and also a publicly appointed auditor in Frankfurt am Main . Alfred Möllers died on June 10, 1969 in West Berlin .

Möllers was elected to the German Reichstag in the Reichstag election in November 1932 , to which he belonged until November 1933.
