Reviews
Janet Branagan wrote in the Apollo Movie Guide that the film, which was not particularly successful, was "absolutely strange" . There are original moments, but the characters seem cartoonish. The film seems confused and directionless.
The lexicon of international films wrote that the "action comedy in Tarantino fairway" was a "low point for Mario Van Peebles" . The "erratic staging" can "still be overlooked in the majority of the video offer" , but "sexist dialogues and a lustfully played torture scene reach the limits of what is bearable" .
backgrounds
The film was released direct on video in most countries.
