Alfred Oberdorfer

Alfred Oberdorfer (born September 3, 1927 in Ingolstadt ; † January 7, 2013 in Graefelfing ) was a German doctor.

Career

Oberdorfer studied medicine at the University of Munich. In 1960 he became the chief physician of the central clinical-chemical institute of the municipal hospital on the right of the Isar in Munich . In 1968 he completed his habilitation and in 1970 became the first holder of the chair for clinical chemistry and pathobiochemistry at the Technical University of Munich . From 1979 to 1981 he was acting medical director of the Klinikum rechts der Isar. In 1992 he retired.
