Algimantas Dziegoraitis
Algimantas Dziegoraitis (born May 24, 1939 in Vilnius , Lithuania , † October 23, 2007 in Vilnius) was a Lithuanian lawyer , administrative lawyer , lecturer , politician of Soviet Lithuania , Deputy Minister of Justice of Lithuania .
Life
After graduating from the Vilnius Middle School, Dziegoraitis graduated from the Vilnius University in 1962 and from 1966 to 1969 the PhD at the Leningrad University in Russia. In May 1969 he received his doctorate in Leningrad on the subject of "Tendering in Soviet Civil Law " and became a candidate for law .
From 1962 to 1975 and from 1976 to 2007 he was a lawyer . In 1975 he was Deputy Minister of Justice of Soviet Lithuania . From 1998 to 2005 he headed the Chair of Administrative Law and Administrative Process at the Mykolo Romerio universitetas .
