Alma was a Hungarian car brand.
Company history
A Hungarian sculptor made a vehicle in 1990 and named it Papillon . Imre Pápa, head of the company Pápa & Pápa Kft from Biharkeresztes , restored the cans, acquired a few years later the rights. In 1995 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Alma . Production ended in 1996. In total, only a few copies were made.
vehicles
The only model was based on a Trabant . An engine from Fiat 127 or Fiat Panda provided the drive . The engine output was 45 hp . The body was made of plastic . A roll bar provided some security. The new price was about that of a Suzuki Swift . The quality of the vehicle is said to be terrible.
