Aloys Black

Aloys Schwarze (born November 16, 1921 in Paderborn ; † December 1, 1990 in Lübeck ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Schwarze first attended elementary school and then high school, where he graduated from high school in 1940. He was then a soldier until the end of World War II and was taken prisoner of war. After his return he began training as a journalist in Bielefeld and Frankfurt. From 1948 he was the responsible editor in Paderborn. He was a member of the German Association of Journalists and the IG Druck und Papier trade union .

Schwarze joined the SPD in 1945 and was chairman of the SPD sub-district of Paderborn-Büren from 1958 to 1971. In addition, he was chairman of the SPD district committee Ostwestfalen-Lippe . From 1953 to 1964 he was councilor of the city of Paderborn and then he was in the Paderborn district council . On June 12, 1956, Schwarze succeeded Ernst Schlensker in the third electoral term and was also a member of the state parliament in the fourth and fifth electoral terms until July 23, 1966. He was not re-elected in the sixth electoral term, but replaced Knulp Goeke on May 13, 1968 . Likewise in the seventh electoral term, when he replaced the late Karl Schröder on March 24, 1971 .
