Altetopfstrasse 16 (Quedlinburg)
The house Altetopfstraße 16 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt . It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a craftsman's farm and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site .

The building is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town. The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Altetopfstraße 15 to the west and Altetopfstraße 17 to the east .
Architecture and history
The basement of the two-storey half - timbered house has a mezzanine . The building was constructed around 1620. On the façade there are decorative forms typical for the construction period, such as a taw stick on the threshold , filler wood and cylinder beam heads with notched rosettes .
For the windows of the lower part of the ground floor, the existence of folding shutters is described, which indicate the originally existing shop of a craftsman.
On the north side of the courtyard there is a gatehouse facing Wallstrasse .
