The building is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town. The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Altetopfstraße 16 to the west and Altetopfstraße 18 to the east . It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as an agricultural citizen's farm and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site .
Architecture and history
The core of the two-storey half - timbered house is believed to have originated in the second half of the 16th century. There is a mezzanine floor on the lower floor . Renovations were carried out around 1800. The appearance was also changed in later times. Today it is plastered.
On the north side of the property's courtyard, facing Wallstrasse , there is a gate building that was built around 1800.
