The Rüdersdorf office was an office in Brandenburg established in 1992 , in which four municipalities in the south of the then Strausberg district and in the north of the Fürstenwalde district were combined to form an administrative association. The seat of the official administration was in Rüdersdorf near Berlin . The Rüdersdorf office was dissolved in 2003.

Geographical location

The Rüdersdorf office bordered (after it was founded) in the north on the city of Strausberg and the municipality of Petershagen-Eggersdorf , in the east on the office Märkische Schweiz , in the southeast on the office Grünheide , in the south on the city of Erkner , in the southwest on the municipality Woltersdorf and in the west to the communities Schöneiche near Berlin and Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf .

history

On July 13, 1992, the Minister of the Interior of the State of Brandenburg gave his consent to the formation of the Rüdersdorf office. July 21, 1992 was set as the date of establishment of the office. It consisted of four parishes in the former districts of Fürstenwalde and Strausberg . The official seat was in the municipality of Rüdersdorf and:

  1. Hennickendorf
  2. Herzfelde
  3. Lichtenow
  4. Rudersdorf

On October 26, 2003, the municipalities of Hennickendorf, Herzfelde and Lichtenow were incorporated into the municipality of Rüdersdorf near Berlin by law, the Rüdersdorf office was dissolved and the municipality of Rüdersdorf near Berlin was made vacant. The communities of Hennickendorf and Lichtenow sued the constitutional court of Brandenburg against their integration in Rüdersdorf and the loss of their independence. The complaints were "partly rejected, the rest rejected".
