Plau am See district court
The Plau am See district court was a court of the ordinary jurisdiction of the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in the district of the district court Schwerin .
Seat and District of the Court
The court had its seat in the city of Plau am See .
The judicial district comprised the then district court district of Lübz. Until the abolition of the court and conversion into a branch of the Parchim district court on January 1, 1998, the judicial district therefore consisted of the area of the then Lübz district . On April 12, 1999, the branch was closed.
building
The court was located in a listed building at Alten Wall 43 in Plau am See. The two-story brick building was built from 1878 to 1879 and has been used as a police station since 2002.
Superior courts
The district court of Schwerin was superordinate to the Plau am See district court. The competent higher regional court was the higher regional court in Rostock .
