Rotenburg District Court (Wümme)

The Rotenburg (Wümme) district court is one of ten district courts in the district of the Verden district court . It is based in Rotenburg (Wümme) in Lower Saxony .

The Rotenburg (Wümme) district court is responsible for the Rotenburg (Wümme) district . The district court in Verden is subordinate to it. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court of Celle .

Since 2005, the district court of Walsrode has been exclusively responsible for keeping the commercial, cooperative and association registers in the district of Verden. The partnership register has been kept centrally at the Hanover District Court since August 1, 2005 . The district court of Walsrode is also responsible for insolvency proceedings .

history

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the Rotenburg office . The district court was subordinate to the higher court in Verden . With the annexation of Hanover by Prussia , it became a Prussian district court in the province of Hanover .
