District court Sulingen

The District Court of Sulingen is one of ten district courts in the district of the District Court of Verden . It is based in Sulingen in Lower Saxony .

The Sulingen district court is responsible for the central part of the Diepholz district . The district court in Verden is subordinate to it. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court of Celle .

history

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the office of Sulingen . The district court was subordinate to the higher court of Nienburg . With the annexation of Hanover by Prussia , it became a Prussian district court in the province of Hanover .

Since 2005, the district court of Walsrode has been exclusively responsible for keeping the commercial, cooperative and association registers in the district of Verden. The partnership register has been kept centrally at the Hanover District Court since August 1, 2005 . For insolvency proceedings is Amtsgericht Syke responsible.
