District court Osterholz-Scharmbeck

The district court of Osterholz-Scharmbeck is one of ten district courts in the district of the district court of Verden . It is based in Osterholz-Scharmbeck in Lower Saxony .

The Osterholz-Scharmbeck District Court is responsible for the Osterholz district . The district court in Verden is subordinate to it. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court of Celle .

Since 2005, the district court of Walsrode has been exclusively responsible for keeping the commercial, cooperative and association registers in the district of Verden. The partnership register has been kept centrally at the Hanover District Court since August 1, 2005 . For insolvency proceedings which is district court Verden (Aller) responsible.

The Osterholz district court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Osterholz .

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the office of Osterholz . The district court was subordinate to the higher court in Verden .
