District court Zeven

The district court of Zeven is one of eight district courts in the regional court district of Stade and is based in Zeven in Lower Saxony .

The District Court of Zeven is superordinate to the District Court of Stade , the Higher Regional Court of Celle and the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe . The main building of the court is on Bäckerstraße . In addition, individual departments have been relocated to an outbuilding in the street Auf dem Berge .

history

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the office of Zeven . The district court was subordinate to the higher court in Verden . With the annexation of Hanover by Prussia , it became a Prussian district court in the province of Hanover .
