District court Cuxhaven
The district court of Cuxhaven , Deichstraße 12a, is one of eight district courts in the district of Stade and is based in Cuxhaven, Lower Saxony . It was founded with the establishment of the Ritzebüttel estate in 1864.
The District Court of Cuxhaven is superordinate to the Regional Court of Stade , the Higher Regional Court of Celle and the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe . The court is centrally responsible for all insolvency matters of the district court district.

The listed two-storey plastered building from 1904, Deichstraße 12A, with an almost central neo-baroque gable risalit , was built in the historicist style at the instigation of the administrator Kaemmerer .
The old district court building from 1892 was erected under administrator Werner with the approval of the Hamburg citizenship in the park of Schloss Ritzebüttel and today serves as an artist's house.
