Tatalina started the World Cup for the first time in Font Romeu in January 2017 and finished 12th in slopestyle. At the 2017 Freestyle Skiing World Championships in Sierra Nevada , she came 18th in slopestyle and seventh in slopestyle at the 2017 Junior World Championships in Chiesa in Valmalenco . In the 2017/18 season she achieved four top ten placements, 31st place in the overall World Cup and fifth place in the Slopestyle World Cup. At the highlight of the season, the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang , she came 12th in slopestyle. In March 2018 she became the Russian big air champion in Sunny Valley . At the Junior World Championships in Cardrona in August 2018 , she won the silver medal in slopestyle and the gold medal in big air. In the 2018/19 season, she won the freestyle skiing world championships 2019 in Park City the sixth place in Big Air and won the silver medal in slopestyle at the Winter Universiade 2019 in Krasnoyarsk .
