Anatole Milandou

Anatole Milandou (born March 18, 1946 in Nsamouna , Republic of the Congo ) is a Congolese clergyman and Roman Catholic Archbishop of Brazzaville .

Life

Anatole Milandou received the sacrament of ordination for the Archdiocese of Brazzaville on June 23, 1973 from the Archbishop of Brazzaville, Emile Cardinal Biayenda .

On July 22, 1983 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the titular of Capra and ordered him to auxiliary bishop in Brazzaville. The Archbishop of Marseille , Roger Cardinal Etchegaray , donated him episcopal ordination on August 28 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Brazzaville, Barthélémy Batantu , and the Bishop of Owando , Georges-Firmin Singha . On October 3, 1987, John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Kinkala . He was appointed Archbishop of Brazzaville on January 23, 2001.
