André Schumacher
André Schumacher (born October 27, 1974 in Rostock ) is a German photographer and author .
career
André Schumacher studied architecture in Potsdam and fine arts , design and philosophy in Edinburgh . He is a qualified architect.
After graduating, he worked as an architect and urban planner in San Sebastián , Vitoria-Gasteiz and Santa Cruz de Tenerife .
In 2003 he started his own business as a travel photographer and journalist and has been traveling all over the world ever since. He reported on his travels in over 500 lectures throughout the German-speaking area.
He is a member of the agency for photos & reports laif . His photos appear in the weekly newspaper DIE ZEIT and in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung , among others .
Schumacher lives in Bäbelin , near Wismar , and offers accommodation and camping facilities there in the "Kunterbunthof".
