Andreas Locher

Andreas Locher (* 17th September 1857 in Ingstetten ; † 19th August 1927 in Spaichingen ) was a württembergischer bailiff and Government .

Life

After graduating from high school in Ehingen , he studied Catholic theology from 1877 to 1879 and then until 1882 camera science at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen . From 1879 he was a member of the Catholic student union AV Guestfalia Tübingen . In 1882 he passed the first and in 1883 the second higher service examination. From 1883 to 1888 he was deputy bailiff at the regional offices of Balingen , Ravensburg , Oberndorf , Tuttlingen , Ellwangen , Tettnang and Wangen . Subsequently, until 1895 he was an official at the Künzelsau Oberamt . In 1895 an unskilled worker in the secretariat became a secretary in the ministerial department for road and hydraulic engineering. From 1900 until he retired in 1924, he was the chief magistrate of the Spaichingen district office . From 1910 he was a councilor.
