Andreas Luttmer-Bensmann

Andreas Luttmer-Bensmann (born October 27, 1963 in Bramsche ) is a German social association functionary and has been the federal chairman of the Catholic Workers' Movement (KAB) since 2015 .

Life

After high school in Bramsche (1979) and the Secondary school in Osnabrück (1980), graduated Luttmer-Bensmann a three-year vocational training for electronic technician . A professional assignment as a company electrician in Bramsche from 1985 to 1986 and the acquisition of the technical college entrance qualification in 1984 was followed by a degree in religious education at the Catholic University of North Rhine-Westphalia in Paderborn , which he successfully completed in 1991.

After a two-year professional introduction as a community officer , he was from 1994 to 2001 a consultant for political education at the educational institute of the working youth of the Christian youth workers (CAJ) in Essen and from 2000 to 2001 federal secretary of the CAJ. He then moved to the Diocese of Osnabrück as secretary of the KAB , of which he has been federal chairman since 2015.

Luttmer-Bensmann is married and has three children.
