Andreas Mitschke (* 1958 in Kirberg ) is a German opera singer ( bass ).

biography

After studying at the Cologne University of Music , Andreas Mitschke had engagements a. a. at the Vienna State Opera , Volksoper Wien , Oper der Stadt Köln , Hanover State Opera , Opera of Dortmund, Bremen Theater , Opera Forum Enschede, Municipal Theater Chemnitz, City Theater Erfurt, Cottbus State Theater , State Theater Schwerin , Theater Münster , City Theater Lubeck , City Theater Aachen , Pfalzbau Theater Ludwigshafen, Musikfest Weimar, Tokyo - Bunka Kaikan Hall (Japan), State Opera Amsterdam (NL), The Hague (NL), Maastricht (NL).

Since the season 2012/13 is Andreas Mitschke ensemble member of the Vienna Volksoper, where he can be heard regularly in leading roles of opera and operetta compartment.
