Andreas Mokros

Andreas Mokros (* 1974 in Schwerte ) is a German psychologist .

Life

He studied psychology at the Ruhr University Bochum (Dipl.-Psych., 2007) and at the University of Liverpool ( M.Sc. in Investigative Psychology, 1999), each with distinction from the Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes (1995–1999 and 2001-2003). After graduating as Dr. phil. in psychology at the University of Wuppertal (2007, summa cum laude) and with a teaching qualification (Dr. habil. 2013) and teaching license ( private lecturer ) for psychology at the University of Regensburg (2013-2017), he has been a professor (W3 ) for personality psychology, diagnostics and advice at the FernUniversität in Hagen . He was a ward psychologist in the psychiatric penal system at the WZFP Lippstadt-Eickelborn (2003–2004, full-time) and at the Regensburg District Hospital (2004–2011, part-time). He was a research assistant in the Department of Forensic Psychiatry in Regensburg (2004–2011). He was quality and research officer at the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry at the Psychiatric University Clinic in Zurich (2011–2017). He became a specialist psychologist for forensic psychology (Federation of Swiss Psychologists, 2016).
