Andreas Pelikan (* 1973 ) is an Austrian game designer .

The game Wiehexxt! Published by alea / Ravensburger in March 2008 The programmer, who lives in Vienna, was nominated for the game of the year 2008 and achieved second place at the à la carte card game award 2008.
