Alexander Pfister
Alexander Pfister (born October 18, 1971 in Bludenz , Austria ) is an Austrian game designer .
biography
Alexander Pfister grew up in Vorarlberg and began developing his own games as a child. He studied economics and works independently in the financial sector. He came into contact with game publishers through the Vienna game agency White Castle. Its first publication was in 2008 the game Buccaneers of the Caribbean by the publisher Public Solution , followed by other games. In 2014, his game Port Royal was nominated for the à la carte card game award and achieved 4th place. 2015 won it together with Andreas Pelikan developed game Broom service the Games Price Kennerspiel of the year the jury of the game of the year . In the following year, 2016, the game duo was able to achieve this award again with Isle of Skye: From Chief to King , and the Mombasa game was also awarded the German Games Prize .
The game designer lives and works in Vienna.
