Andressa Alves da Silva (born November 10, 1992 in São Paulo ) is a Brazilian soccer player .
Career
society
Alves played for the Brazilian club Foz Cataratas FC until 2012 , with whom she won the Brazilian Cup competition in 2011. The final of the Copa Libertadores Femenina 2012 was lost on penalties against the Chilean representative CSD Colo-Colo . The following season she moved to São José EC . With this Alves immediately won the Brazilian Cup and the Copa Libertadores Femenina . A year later, São José was able to win the Copa Libertadores again and also won the mobcast Cup , an unofficial club world championship held in Japan . In December 2014, Alves and her compatriot Francielle signed with the Boston Breakers , but both were withdrawn from their association before the start of the season in February 2015 in order to take part in an 18-month sponsorship program in preparation for the 2015 World Cup and the 2016 Summer Olympics . In the summer of 2015, Alves moved to the French first division club HSC Montpellier . In 2016 she joined FC Barcelona .
National team
Alves took the Brazilian U-20 national team at the world championships in 2010 and 2012 in part. On March 6, 2013, she made her debut against France in the Brazilian senior team, with which she victoriously participated in the 2014 South American Championship . As a result, Alves was appointed to the squad for the Algarve Cup 2015 , in which Brazil took part for the first time before she was part of the Brazilian squad at the 2015 World Cup and reached the second round in Canada with the "Seleção".
