The Andrew River is a river in the southwest of the Australian state of Tasmania .

River course

The river has its source on the southeast slopes of Pyramid Peak in the West Coast Range , not far from the southern tip of Lake Burbury , into which part of its water is also diverted. From there it flows to the southeast, along the southwest flank of the Engineer Range . Approx. 4 km east of Mount McCall it flows into the Franklin River .
