Andrius Jokšas (born January 12, 1979 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian football player . He has been playing for Belschyna Babrujsk in the Tschempijanat , the highest Belarusian league , since 2010 .

Career

Jokšas started his career in 1995 at FK Banga Gargždai. After a season he moved to Žalgiris-Volmeta Vilnius, which he left immediately afterwards in the direction of Geležinis Vilkas Vilnius. In 1999 he signed for the first time with VMFD Žalgiris Vilnius . The championship title was won in his first season.

In 2000 he moved abroad for the first time and went to Krylya Sovetov Samara in Russia . In the summer he moved on to Krywbas Krywyj Rih in the Ukraine , but returned to Samara in January 2001 . The return to Ukraine was not long in coming and again in the summer he turned his back on the Russians and signed with Arsenal Kiev . After an autumn season he left the Ukraine again and returned to VMFD Žalgiris Vilnius .

Back at home they could reach fourth place in the final table. In January 2003 Jokšas moved back to Russia and played for Baltika Kaliningrad until the summer of 2003 . Then he was under contract with FK Fakel Voronezh until the end of the year. In 2004 he returned to Žalgiris. In the summer, the right midfielder moved again to Russia, this time to Vorskla Poltava . For the 2005 season he returned to Vilnius and was eighth in the top Lithuanian league with Žalgiris.

In 2006 he went to Tavrija Simferopol , where he stayed for more than a year for the first time. In three years, the club reached two fifth places and one eighth place with Jokšas.

Since 2010 he has been under contract with Belshyna Babrujsk in Belarus .

He has played 17 times for Lithuania so far and made his debut in 1998.
