Angelo Kramel

Angelo Kramel (born January 18, 1903 in Cham ; † June 30, 1975 in Munich ) was a German trade unionist ( Deutscher Beamtenbund ) and politician of the CSU .

Life and work

After graduating from the Humanistic Gymnasium in Regensburg , Kramel, who was a Roman Catholic , studied law and economics at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich from 1922 to 1926 . After he had passed the Great State Examination in Law in 1929, he settled as a lawyer in Munich. From 1936 he was at the same time legal counsel and asset manager. After he joined the NSDAP in 1941 , he worked in the higher financial service in the financial administration of Bavaria from 1942. During the denazification in March 1947 he was sentenced to a small atonement of 700 RM. From 1945 to 1953 he was a senior government councilor and advisor at the Munich regional finance office. In 1962 the re-entry took place. Most recently Kramel had the rank of government director there.

From 1949 to 1962, Kramel was chairman of the Bavarian Finance Union and at times also chairman of the Federation of Bavarian Civil Service Associations. From 1955 to 1958 he was federal chairman of the German Association of Officials.

Political party

In the Weimar Republic , Kramel belonged to the BVP . After the Second World War he became a member of the CSU .

MP

Kramel was a member of the German Bundestag from 1953 to 1961 . From 1962 to 1971 he was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
