Angelo Paravisi

Angelo Paravisi (born September 15, 1930 in Bergamo , † September 2, 2004 in Crema ) was Bishop of Crema .

Life

Angelo Paravisi was ordained a priest on May 30, 1953 .

John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop in Bergamo and titular bishop of Turris in Proconsulari on June 4, 1988 . The Bishop of Bergamo , Giulio Oggioni , consecrated him bishop on June 25 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Clemente Gaddi , former bishop of Bergamo , and Luigi Morstabilini , emeritus bishop of Brescia .

As a motto he chose Caritas Christi Urget Nos . The Pope appointed him Bishop of Crema on July 11, 1996.
