The Anguillon (also: Grand Anguillon ) is a river in France that runs in the Bouches-du-Rhône department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region . It rises as Ruisseau le Terrenque on the north side of the Alpilles , in the Alpilles Regional Nature Park of the same name , in the municipality of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence . The river first drains in a northerly direction, reaches the Durance valley near Noves , runs parallel to it from here to the northwest and flows into the Durance as a left tributary after a total of 20 kilometers across from Avignon , in the municipality of Châteaurenard .
