Anika Geyer

Anika Geyer (born December 19, 1990 in Berlin ) is a German actress .

Career

Geyer grew up in a village in Brandenburg . Even as a child she was on various stages. From 2008 to 2011 she completed an acting training. Already from her mid-term exam she received various engagements, e.g. at the Velvets Theater in Wiesbaden for the main role in Momo . As a singer, she supported the international Azumi Magic Flutes awards ceremony in Bad Ems in 2011 . In addition to other engagements at the Steins Tivoli in Hanau and Rodenbach (since 2014, inter alia, for the play Der nackte Wahnsinn ) and in the Frankfurt theater Die Katakombe (since 2020 as Wendla in Frank Wedekind's Spring Awakening ), she also works as a high stilt walker. Geyer shot her first commercial in 2011: She was the face of the official trailer for the novel The Determination by Veronica Roth . This was followed in 2012 by the lead role in the short film Mother Nature , which was screened at international film festivals and also broadcast on Arte . After a supporting role in 2014 in the ARD crime comedy Alles Verbrecher - Eiskalte Liebe directed by Jürgen Bretzinger, this was followed by a leading role in the soap opera Good Times, Bad Times . The Australian band Safia engaged Anika Geyer in 2016 for their music video Over You . In 2019 she got the lead role in a short film produced by ZDF . In the same year she also shot and shot for the BVG - Next Stop: World Heritage Site of the Berlin Transport Company . Further advertising shoots followed immediately afterwards for Hamburger Sparkasse , Febreze and 2020 for Europcar .
