Anjanette Kirkland
Anjanette Kirkland (born February 24, 1974 in Pineville , Louisiana ) is an American athlete .
She surprisingly won the gold medal in the 100 meter hurdles at the 2001 World Championships in Edmonton .
In addition, she became the 2001 indoor world champion in Lisbon in the 60 meter hurdles .
