Anke Berger

Anke Berger (born March 1, 1965 in Völklingen ) is a German lawyer and has been a judge at the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt since June 1, 2008 .

Career

Berger studied law at Saarland University . After the second state examination , she entered the higher judicial service of the state of Saxony-Anhalt , where she worked as a judge at the labor court in Naumburg. In 2003/2004 Berger was seconded to the State Labor Court of Saxony-Anhalt . She then became a research assistant at the Federal Labor Court. In January 2008 she was assigned to the State Social Court of Saxony-Anhalt.

On May 26, 2008 she was appointed judge at the Federal Labor Court with effect from June 1, 2008.

Berger is also a lecturer in labor law at the Political Science Faculty of the University of Erfurt .
