Anna Olasz (born September 19, 1993 in Szeged ) is a Hungarian freestyle swimmer specializing in open water disciplines . After the runner-up European title in 2014 over 25 km, she was also runner-up in 2015 over the same distance.

successes

At the World Swimming Championships in Barcelona in 2013 , she finished 5th over 10 km (1: 58: 22.4 h) and 12th over 5 km. At the 2014 European Swimming Championships , she swam over 25 km on the Berlin-Grünau regatta course in 5: 19: 21.0 hours and was only defeated by Italian Martina Grimaldi (5: 19: 14.1), former world champion Angela Maurer (5:19: 21.4) put them in third place.

At the 2015 World Swimming Championships on the Kazanka River in Kazan , Russia , she was second again over 25 km in 5: 14: 13.4 hours. The fastest this time was the Brazilian Ana Marcela Cunha (5: 13: 47.3) and Angela Maurer had to be satisfied with bronze again (5: 15: 07.6).

Olasz won several titles at the Hungarian Championships.
