Anna Roswitha Seebacher (born March 9, 1994 ) is a former Austrian cross-country skier .

Career

Seebacher, who starts for the SC Sparkasse Radstadt-Salzburg, ran in Ramsau am Dachstein for the first time in the Alpine Cup in March 2011 and finished 46th in the 5 km freestyle. At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2012 in Erzurum , she achieved 32nd place in the sprint, 31st place in the skiathlon and seventh place in the relay. The following year she came in at the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2013 in Liberec on the 41st place over 5 km freestyle, on the 39th place in the skiathlon and on the fifth place with the relay. At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships in 2014 in Fiemme Valley , she achieved 45th place over 5 km classic, 43rd place in the skiathlon and 11th place with the relay. In March 2014 she won the Austrian championships in Ramsau am Dachstein with the relay of SC Sparkasse Radstadt-Salzburg. The following year she was third in the Austrian championships over 15 km and in the sprint and second over 5 km. She also became the Austrian champion in pursuit. At the U23 World Championships in 2015 in Almaty , she finished 38th in the sprint and 37th place over 10 km freestyle. After finishing second in the 10 km freestyle at the Alpencup in Valdidentro at the beginning of the 2016/17 season, she took second place in the pursuit and first place over 10 km at the Austrian championships in Ramsau am Dachstein in January 2017. At the 2017 U23 World Championships in Soldier Hollow , she came 20th in the skiathlon and 15th in 10 km freestyle. At the season highlight, the Nordic World Ski Championships 2017 in Lahti , she reached 49th place over 10 km classic and 16th place together with Lisa Unterweger in the team sprint. The following year she became Austrian champion in skiathlon and over 10 km and ran at the Olympic Winter Games 2018 in Pyeongchang on the 61st place over 10 km freestyle. She ended her active career on October 8, 2018.
